In their words

My biggest goal coming into this role was to learn as much as I possibly could; to absorb everything. This apprenticeship really allowed that to happen through hands-on training and mentorship opportunities, both within Chrysalis and with external partners. I’ve learned not just about live performance audio but also about how our gear is built and the technology behind it, by talking to manufacturers and tech specialists. That broader understanding has been huge for me.
