Description

A Dora-nominated interdisciplinary tour de force, The Art of Degeneration weaves dance, theatre, and vocal performance into a visceral exploration of survival and decay. Blurring the line between stage and daily life, this solo-duo fusion reflects on identity, vulnerability, and the raw beauty of our shared, ever-changing human journey.

Louis Laberge-Côté is an Associate Professor at Toronto Metropolitan University and a dancer, choreographer, teacher, and rehearsal director. An acclaimed performer with an international career spanning thirty companies, he has created over ninety choreographic works. He won a Dora Mavor Moore Award for Choreography and has earned twelve nominations for performance and choreography.

Food & Drink

Food and drink aren't permitted in the theatre. The exception is a show with a bar or concession running — when there is one, we'll say so on the event page.
