Description
MONEY is an epic new Canadian play in 2 Acts, starring an ensemble of our country’s top talents, including writer/director/performer Rick Miller.
Billionaire patriarch Max Weisz pits his two sons against each other, using wealth as a weapon. Three generations of the Weisz family reel from the fallout, as Max’s AI creation runs for Prime Minister of Canada. A futuristic melodrama about love, loss, trust and betrayal.
MONEY tells the story of how money, power and technology are shaping human society. It aims to move the needle on one of the most important conversations of our time: how do we live together more equitably, peacefully, and sustainably? A big question that stirs up big emotions, which is why we need storytellers to get to the heart of it.
